Saran leads everything Manizh does in India: the Coimbatore office, hiring, delivery operations, and the day-to-day running of client engagements. Before Manizh he built and ran offshore engineering teams in Coimbatore for North American clients, first as an operations leader and then at the helm of his own firm.
His speciality is offshore capability management: standing up a team, keeping it, and making it dependable for a client ten time zones away. The engineers now at Manizh Technologies have delivered together for years under his leadership.
